Average room with very bad service. You have to manage your food from outside. They are not providing coffee or tea also. You have to get the water from reception, they don’t have room service for basic things also. They don’t have basic amenities like hot water, soap and towel. Car parking is very small. I wonder how they got good reviews in google. Overall very bad experience.

Rooms are average. No amenities such as towels or soaps etc. No option for coffee or tea or breakfast. Crunched parking and you need to wait for other guests to take their cars before you can take yours. Be prepared to bring more cash as you need to pay refundable deposit at the checkin including the full stay amount (cash only). Also the bedsheets smell very bad. Overall bad experience.

EGV Residency has a decent set of rooms which are maintained quite neatly. The location is very close to the township and main road with good parking space. Complimentary tea with biscuits were offered in the evening and the morning. The best part was homecooked food - it was clean, fresh, tasty and of course highly affordable. Last but not the least, service was customer friendly.

Very excellent stay, Very near to all the tourist places. My Family totally very happy for this stay to EGV residency. MR.Mohan residency manager very kind and nice person. I give all aspects 5 Star.

Very worst experience. Bed and bed sheets are not clean(dirty). Rooms have a phenol smell. They did not provide towels and soap for bathing. Enough drinking water is not provided. They charged rs 50 for drinking hot water. Totally very very worst. Do not prefer this residency.

The room is good and quite enough for our family. The staff is very kind and helpful. Had some parking lots. The room is clean and large enough for taking rest. It’s very quiet and basic facilities are available for affordable prices. This place is close to all the amenities and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend it.

Courteous staff, yelagiri is a small town. So, you can reach any place from here within 30 minutes. All the entertainment places like Cloud Forest, Birds Park, boat riding are very near this place. This residency does not have a restaurant. If you are a vegetarian Jains Padmavathy restaurant is just 5-minute walk from here. Or another hotel near boat ride.
